Understanding our competencies is a growing need in our lives.  We can learn which competencies you inherently possess through assessment and evaluation tools like a 360┬░survey or a personality profile.

When you have a better understanding of your abilities, and you work to strengthen them, the impact is seen throughout your life. For example, an executive may bring their improved abilities to team meetings thus more efficiently using the time spent in the meeting. Another leader may be able to use their abilities to obtain the resources necessary to complete tasks on time and/or under budget.
